Claims Mitigation Always a Hot Topic

Given the litigious nature of the industry, it's no surprise we had a great turnout for a recent webinar on claims mitigation and winning strategies.

I was, however, surprised with how knowledgeable the audience was on the subject, and the questions that were asked led me to believe that some were talking from first-hand experience.

I would appreciate your input in terms of what your firms do to mitigate claims. We've not promoted e-Builder as a claims mitigation tool because there are so many other issues that owner are trying to get a handle on, that claims doesn't come up in conversations. I was glad to hear (it was brought to my attention by a couple of attendees) that these tools continue to provide efficient claims mitigation in their organizations, when coupled with sound project documentation practices.
